CMS Updates Set-Aside Reference Guide

The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services updated its work comp set-aside reference guide to add expand a section that addresses coordinating benefit payments with other health insurers. CMS on Aug. 1 published version 4.1 of its “Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Arrangement Reference Guide.” The new guide includes an updated section 4.1.3 addressing other health coverage.
