The Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission has posted workers' compensation benefit rate tables for the period beginning today and running through Sept. 30, 2014.The maximum weekly compensation benefit for Oct. 1, 2013, through Sept. 30, 2104, is $1,184 based on the state average weekly wage of $1,183.87.The minimum weekly compensation benefit is 20% of the maximum weekly benefit – $236.80 – and cannot exceed 75% of the injured worker's average weekly wage.
