Facts: Donald J. Dugas II injured his right hip in 2006 when, while working as a millwright, he tripped and fell. He later developed traumatic arthritis in his hip as well as narrowing of the hip joint. Dr. Bradford Lorber found Dugas’ hip condition was medically stationary in January 2014.
