Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Administrator Abbie Hudgens reappointed Joshua Davis Baker to the Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims.
Hudgens said in a statement posted to the court’s blog on Wednesday that Baker has an “excellent reputation” and that she received feedback indicating he was knowledgeable of state comp law, respectful of everyone who appears in his courtroom and impartial to all parties.
“These are the attributes that the court is now known for and are the foundation for a fair system,” Hudgens said.
