While many states' lawmakers have been focused on pandemic relief legislation, Nebraska's unicameral Legislature has moved ahead with workers' compensation bills that have nothing to do with COVID-19.
As early as Wednesday, the Legislature is set to give final approval to LB 963, making post-traumatic stress disorder a compensable condition for first responders. The bill, introduced by Sen.
