Atlanta-based Risk Innovations announced Wednesday that it will acquire Columbia Commercial General Agency, headquartered in Columbia, Missouri.
The purchase became effective on Aug. 1, 2015. Risk Innovations will continue to operate the location in Columbia under the Risk Innovations' name and management team, the company said in a press release.
Risk Innovations LLC operates as a wholesale insurance brokerage, offering workers’ compensation, high-value homeowners, and excess and surplus personal lines products.
