DWC Schedules Sept. 8 Hearing on Utilization, Reimbursement Dispute Rules

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation scheduled a hearing for Sept. 8 to receive public input on proposed changes to its utilization and reimbursement dispute rules. System users have been negotiating medical reimbursement dispute rules for about five years at this point. The DWC most recently held a hearing on Dec. 1 to review proposed changes to the 69L-31 series of rules.
