Guard Appoints Executive VP of Property and Liability

Berkshire Hathaway Guard Insurance has appointed Lyle Hitt as executive vice president of property and liability Insurance.   Hitt will oversee activities related to lines of coverage used to complement the company's traditional workers' compensation specialty, Guard said in a press release Tuesday.
