Committee Accepting Applications for Comp Judges

The Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee is accepting applications to fill two vacant administrative law judge positions in the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims. The full-time positions would be for terms expiring Dec. 31, 2025. Applicants must be licensed attorneys with a minimum of five years of experience in Kentucky practicing either in workers’ compensation law or a related field and have extensive knowledge of work comp law.
