The California Division of Workers' Compensation reminds claims administrators that the annual report of inventory for claims reported during calendar year 2024 is due April 1.
The mandatory annual report tells the division the number of claims reported at each adjusting location for the preceding calendar year.
Administrators must complete the report even if no claims were reported in the prior year. Each adjusting location must submit a report unless the DWC has waived that requirement.
