WILG: Opt-Out Biggest Threat to Erosion of Comp

Allowing employers to opt-out of traditional workers' compensation coverage is the biggest threat currently facing injured workers who are already dealing with significant benefit reductions passed by state lawmakers throughout the country over the past 20 years, according to the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group.
