A second legislative committee has approved a bill that would require insurers in New Jersey to pay for medical marijuana for injured workers.
The move by the Assembly Appropriations Committee paves the way for a floor vote. And it comes amid a number of differing court decisions around the country on whether comp insurance must reimburse for a drug that is still illegal under federal law.
