DWC Proposes New Dispensing Fee, Changes to Pharmacy Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation proposed rules to incorporate into its pharmacy fee schedule new prescription drug reimbursement rules adopted by the state’s Medicaid program. Medi-Cal, among other things, adopted a two-tiered system in which dispensing fees are based on volume.
