Erie Appoints Executive VPs for Services and Sales

Erie Insurance has appointed Lorianne Feltz as executive vice president of services, and Doug Smith as executive vice president of product and sales. The Erie, Pennsylvania-based insurer said Feltz is responsible for its corporate claims, field claims and customer service divisions. During her 27 years with Erie, she has been a district sales manager, branch manager and regional vice president, senior vice president of agency and marketing, and most recently senior vice president of customer service.
