The New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau announced the addition of an actuarial inquiry and assigned risk correspondence portals to its workers' compensation inquiry portal.
The first new addition will allow carriers, agents and employers to submit actuarial-related questions or data requests, the bureau said.
The assigned risk portal is available to carriers writing policies in the involuntary market and should be used to submit correspondence for any plan or audit-non-compliance issue.
