DWC Designates Insurance Services Office Verisk as EDI Data Collection Agent

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation designated Insurance Services Office Verisk as its Electronic Data Interchange release 3.1 data collection agent. The division said it anticipates adopting revised rules for claim data collection early next year and that it has issued two informal postings of 28 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 124 for comment by system participants.
