Despite Court Rulings, State Moves Ahead With Air Ambulance Fee Schedule

Georgia’s new workers’ compensation fee schedule released this month gives air ambulance services a slight pay raise. That may sound generous, but regulators may be asking for a legal challenge by setting rates for interstate transportation companies.
