No Increase in Worker's PPD Warranted Despite Expansion of Claim

An Ohio appellate court upheld a determination that a worker was not entitled to an increase in his permanent partial disability rating despite the expansion of his claim to include additional conditions. Donovan Hupcej worked for Scherba Industries Inc. He suffered injuries at work in June 2015. The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation accepted Hupcej’s claim for a unilateral inguinal hernia, adjustment disorder and a mood disorder.
