Oklahoma lawmakers unanimously approved a bill that would add chiropractic care to the list of services employers are required to provide to injured workers, sending it to Gov. Kevin Stitt.
The state House of Representatives voted 97-0 to pass SB 1375 on Monday. The Senate voted 43-0 to pass the bill March 10.
The bill, by Sen. Kim David, R-Porter, would add chiropractic care to the list of medical services that employers have to provide workers with compensable injuries. The bill also includes language that would allow employers, which are already allowed to choose a treating physician...
