The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced that the maximum temporary total disability benefit and attorney fee will increase 6.26%, effective July 1.
The increase in benefit payments and attorney fees matches the rise in the state’s average weekly wage, which increased to $1,325.24 in 2022 from $1,247/13 in 2021.
The maximum statutory temporary total disability rate is increasing to $1,762.57 from $1,658.68, the WCD said in Bulletin No. 111 released Monday.
