Cal/OSHA Fines Safeway $182,000

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health fined Safeway $182,000 for violations at its warehouse in Tracy. The agency commonly known as Cal/OSHA said it cited 27 violations that it said exposed about 1,700 workers at the grocer's largest warehouse in the country to serious risk of injury.
