Feds See Little Evidence for Restitution in Pacific Hospital Case

Insurance companies and patients are seeking more than $181 million in restitution from the conspirators behind the kickback scheme at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, but prosecutors said in court filings that they have little evidence to support the demands.
