Commission Secures New Hearing Site in Urbana

The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission announced Tuesday that it has secured a new hearing location in Urbana, at the Lincoln Square Mall. The new location is a few blocks from the current hearing location at the Urbana Civic Center, the commission said in an emailed announcement. It will become available for the January trial cycle. The first status call is for Arbitrator Hemenway’s docket on Jan. 15.
