Committee Accepting Nominations for ALJ Positions

The Kentucky Workers' Compensation Nominating Committee is accepting nominations for four administrative law judge positions, the Department of Workers' Claims announced. The ALJ positions are among 15 that hear claims disputes. The four positions are for terms that will last through July 14, 2024. Applicants must be licensed attorneys with at least five years' experience in Kentucky workers' compensation law.
