DWC Proposes Changes to Rules for Self-Insurance, Guaranty Funds, Enforcement Hearings

The Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims is holding a public hearing on May 25 on proposed changes to rules governing work comp enforcement hearings, individual self-insurers and guaranty funds. The department said the changes to the enforcement proceeding regulations will update language and more accurately describe the process once a matter is assigned to an administrative law judge.
