The Texas Supreme Court ruled that a trial judge should have granted a tort defendant's motion to designate a responsible third party in a construction worker’s personal injury suit. Luis Covarrubias suffered an injury to his finger when a wind gust blew the door of a construction trailer closed on his hand. Mobile Mini Inc. owned the trailer and had leased it to Nolana Self Storage LLC, the owner of the construction site.
