Reed Group Hires SVP of Customer Operations

Reed Group has hired Nancy Botiller as its new senior vice president of customer operations, the company announced on Wednesday. Botiller’s experience includes 19 years at Kaiser Permanente, where she was executive director of the organization’s National Claims Services. Botiller also served as chief operating officer for Nurse-Family Partnership, which sent nurses to visit low-income families.
