Bill Amends Workers' Compensation Record-Keeping and Reporting Rules

Gov. Bruce Rauner has signed legislation that amends record-keeping and reporting requirements under the state’s workers’ compensation statutes. House Bill 6225 amends Sections 215 ILCC 113/25 and says a lessor who does not provide workers’ compensation insurance coverage for leased employees under an employee-leasing arrangement shall not be subject to compliance with other parts of the statute.
