DWC Returning to Virtual Proceedings

The Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims on Wednesday announced it is returning to virtual proceedings. “In light of recent developments, all in-person hearings and mediations shall be conducted by telephonic or video conference technology until further notice,” a statement from Interim Commissioner Robert Walker reads.
