The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation seeks feedback from system users about its dispute resolution services.
The DWC resolves disputes over indemnity benefits and the necessity for medical treatment using a multi-tiered administrative process that consists of benefit review conferences, contested case hearings and appeal panel reviews.
The division said it manages disputes in a legacy computer system that needs to be updated, and as part of the modernization efforts it is conducting a survey to get feedback on the services it provides.
