NAIC Elects New President, Other Officers

Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner Ted Nickel has been elected president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, the organization announced on Feb. 8. He replaces Sharon Clark, who had to vacate the president-elect position after she resigned as insurance commissioner of Kentucky on Jan. 11. The NAIC also announced that Julie Mix McPeak, Tennessee’s insurance commissioner, was elected vice president of the association.
