MLAC to Keep Working on Consensus for Handling COVID Claims

Oregon’s joint management-labor advisory panel will keep trying to forge a consensus about how to handle workers’ compensation claims for COVID-19. Kimberly Wood, an employer representative and co-chair of the Management-Labor Advisory Committee, said during a short meeting Wednesday afternoon that members have been asked to come up with a joint proposal rather than the independent proposals the committee submitted last month.
