DWC to Host Webinar on Dispute Resolution in Workers' Comp System

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is holding a webinar from 2-3 p.m. Aug. 17 to provide an overview of the workers’ compensation dispute resolution process. DWC said speakers will discuss benefit review conferences, contested case hearings, appeals panel reviews and common issues in dispute resolution cases. The webinar has been approved for one hour of continuing education credit for adjusters.
