The Idaho Legislature unanimously approved a bill that would eliminate the requirement for post-secondary schools to carry workers’ compensation coverage for work experience students covered by an employer’s policy.
House Bill 366, by the House Education Committee, would require schools to carry comp coverage only for students not covered by the work experience employer’s policy.
