Feds Seek More Time to Determine Restitution in Pacific Hospital Cases

Federal prosecutors are again asking for more time to determine whether conspirators in the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach spinal surgery kickback scheme can be ordered to pay restitution to insurance carriers or patients.
