Helios Acquires MSP Compliance Arm of Ringler Associates

Helios, a pharmacy benefit management and no-fault insurance settlement company, has acquired the Medicare secondary payer arm of the largest structured settlement firm in the United States. Helios has entered into an agreement to buy all assets of Ringler Medicare Solutions, the portion of Ringler Associates that handles Medicare set-asides and other Medicare secondary payer compliance services, according to a Friday press release.
