Single-Payer Proposal Would Create Board to Address Comp Issues

A Texas lawmaker plans to create a single-payer proposal and an advisory panel to decide how to handle occupational injuries. The proposal in House Bill 602 is virtually the same as what is included in a California bill that would create a single-payer system in the Golden State. House Bill 602, by Rep.
