The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Thursday announced that the maximum amount employers can pay to a carrier as reimbursement for medical costs without having the costs included in the employer’s experience rating will be $1,800 in 2014, unchanged from the current year.Employers may reimburse carriers up to that amount to avoid increases in their experience modifications if the injury is not disabling.
