DWC Seeks Comments on Rule Changes for Accident Prevention Services

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is accepting public comments on a proposed amendment to 28 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 166 concerning certain submission requirements for insurers about their accident prevention services. The rulemaking would amend 28 TAC Sections 166.1, 166.2, 166.3 and 166.5 to: Eliminate overly burdensome reporting requirements that companies must follow to demonstrate the sufficiency of their APS to DWC.
