TDI Adopts NCCI Changes to Basic Manual

The Texas Department of Insurance on Tuesday announced that it adopted amendments to the National Council on Compensation Insurance Basic Manual for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance for policies incepting on or after July 1. TDI said the amendments revise current classification hazard group assignments and add a hazard group for Code 4686.
