Attorneys for Michael D. Drobot notified the U.S. District Court for Central California that they were dismissing Dr. Thomas Haider and Haider Spine Center Medical Group Inc. as third-party defendants in a civil fraud complaint filed by State Compensation Insurance Fund.
The filing dismissing Haider and his medical company was filed with the federal court in Los Angeles on March 31.
