The Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee is now accepting applications to fill a vacant administrative law judge position in the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims.
The ALJ position is full time and appointees are prohibited from holding other public office or maintaining a private practice. The appointee will serve a term expiring July 14, 2024.
Kentucky law requires that applicants be licensed attorneys with at least five years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law or a related field in the state.
