Facts: Paul Triest allegedly suffered injuries while he was unloading an alignment jack from the back of a van owned by Nixon Equipment Services Inc.
Triest’s employer had hired Nixon to repair a defective alignment jack, and Nixon delivered a loaner jack for the employer to use while the repairs were being made.
