New Chief Judge Wants to Streamline Claims Disputes

The veteran state official named to serve as chief administrative law judge for the West Virginia workers' compensation system vowed last week to shorten the time for resolving claims disputes and to improve the decision process, the Charleston Daily Mail reported.The newspaper said it received an email from Rebecca A. Roush detailing plans for the office. Roush was named to the job last month by Gov. Joe Manchin III after serving as associate legal counsel for Insurance Commissioner Jane L.
