The Alaska Supreme Court ruled that a property owner was the employer of a carpenter who suffered a spinal cord injury in a fall from the roof of a house. Case: Adams v. State, No. S-17227, 07/24/2020, published. Facts: Virgil Adams worked as a carpenter at a house on Snow Bear Drive in Anchorage.
