CNA Taps Chubb Executive as Senior VP of Claims

CNA has appointed former Chubb executive Joel Townsend as senior vice president of claims, the Chicago-based carrier said in a press release. Townsend will oversee CNA's management liability, financial institutions and technology business units. He will report to David Perry, senior vice president of specialty claims.
