Former Chief Actuary of Texas Mutual to Head Up Auto Insurance Carrier

The former chief actuary of Texas Mutual Workers' Compensation Insurance has been named president of car insurance carrier Windhaven Insurance, the Miami-based company announced in a press release. Ben Turner, who also served as Texas Mutual's senior vice president, has worked with Windhaven before, once serving as its first chief actuary.
