McPeak Details Reinsurance Market Transition to NCCI

Julie Mix McPeak, commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, has outlined the transition from Aon to the National Council on Compensation Insurance as administrator of the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Insurance Plan. McPeak announced in April that NCCI would take over from Aon as administrator of the state's workers' compensation residual market.
