Call it the administrative law judge who would not go away. Despite $3 million in settlements in lawsuits alleging that he harassed and discriminated against older female employees, then a move by lawmakers to de-fund his position, Judge Lawrence Rebman has managed to keep his job and is now taking on most of Missouri state government in a lawsuit. At a hearing Tuesday in Jefferson City, a judge set a July 9 date to hear arguments on a preliminary injunction in the case.
