The owner of a Miami durable medical equipment (DME) company in Miami has been charged with billing the state Medicaid program for more than $12,400 in prosthetic devices that were never delivered.Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum said Oscar Betancourt, the owner of MGG Services, was charged with one count of Medicaid fraud and one count of third-degree theft last week.
